Delete your account

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon, then Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email will@theperformanceconsultant.net from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you, delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done. Coaches can delete their coach account the same way.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your profile, workout logs, food logs, check-in answers, measurements and health readings, goals and tasks, messages, photos, voice notes and training videos.

Nothing is kept afterwards except copies in our backups, which are overwritten within 7 days, and, for coaches, billing records that tax law requires us to keep. Readings in Apple Health or Health Connect stay on your phone; remove them there if you wish.
